Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing well until fully incorporated.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until combined after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and flour gently until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Cook the cheesecake for 25 minutes.
- Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
- Top with fresh fruit, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream just before serving.
