  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing well until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until combined after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour gently until just combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Cook the cheesecake for 25 minutes.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
