A festive and visually stunning cheese ball shaped like a Christmas tree, combining cream cheese, mozzarella, olives, and vegetables for a flavorful holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped green or black olives
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp creamy Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Italian seasoning, olives, diced red bell pepper, toasted pine nuts, and parsley until evenly mixed.
  3. Scoop the mixture and shape it into a conical Christmas tree on a serving platter.
  4. Decorate the cheese ball with additional parsley, olives, or diced peppers as ornaments.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For a twist, try adding sun-dried tomatoes or jalapeños, or substitute goat cheese for a tangy flavor.
