Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the apple cider and vanilla.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
