Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
