Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly, then slice them about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer without overlapping.
- Bake for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool before serving.
