Description

Crispy and healthy Baked Zucchini Chips are a delightful alternative to traditional potato chips, perfect for guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis (about 500g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly, then slice them about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange zucchini slices in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Bake for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Consistent slice thickness is key for even baking. Experiment with different spices for added flavor.
