- 0.5 cup packed brown sugar

- 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals or use the double boiler method until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until thickened.
- Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar-egg mixture while whisking constantly.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, incorporating into the wet mixture with a spatula.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded portions of the dough onto the lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Allow the brownies to cool before serving.
