- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) blackberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press into the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Dissolve blackberry jello in boiling water and let cool slightly before pouring over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with fresh blackberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
