Description

Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing snack bursting with spicy buffalo flavor, creamy ranch, and cheesy goodness, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Coleslaw or lettuce, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch or blue cheese dressing with the mayonnaise to make the spread.
  4. Using a serrated knife, slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them attached.
  5. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  7. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the mayo layer.
  8. Top the chicken mixture with the cheddar cheese slices, overlapping them.
  9. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese to form sandwiches.
  10. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.
  11. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  12. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  13. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
  14. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
  15. Serve with coleslaw or lettuce if desired.

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
