Description

Indulge in these delicious Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars, featuring creamy cheesecake, tart apples, and rich caramel, all on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples (preferably tart)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Spread it evenly.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and the center has a slight wobble.
  11. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best results, use tart apples like Granny Smith and allow the bars to chill to set properly.
