Description

These truffles combine gooey caramel with the irresistible crunch of Butterfinger candy bars, making them a perfect treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger pieces with the caramel sauce until fully incorporated and sticky. Refrigerate if too loose.
  2. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off. Return them to the parchment sheet.
