A warm, gooey Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients

- 1 large loaf of soft white bread
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the loaf of bread in a crisscross pattern, approximately 2 cm apart.
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Gently pull apart the sections of bread and drizzle the garlic butter mixture between the cuts and over the bread surface.
- Stuff mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the cuts.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with extra parsley.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Leave some space between slices for even melting. Store leftovers wrapped tightly in foil.
