Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender, then drain and mash in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out each tortilla, place a portion of the potato mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
