- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in the center. Fold and roll it tightly, sealing in the filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the tortilla bombs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, and then add heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Serve the tortilla bombs drizzled with garlic cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding, and it’s best to refrigerate filled tortillas before frying to hold their shape.
