- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
- Heart sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and lime juice, mixing well. Optionally, add green food coloring.
- Pour the creamy filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and heart sprinkles.
Notes
For a twist, add mint extract or crushed fruit. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
