  3. Building Structure: Incorporate starter and salt, performing stretch and folds every 20-30 minutes while adding cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Bulk Fermentation: Let the dough rise in a warm spot until 40-50% increased in volume.
  5. Pre-Shape and Final Shape: Gently pre-shape the dough and then shape it for baking.
  6. Baking: Preheat the oven and bake until golden brown, scoring the loaf for best results.
