Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is caramelized and the center is jiggly.
