- 1 cup pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease your loaf pan(s).
- In a large bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently, folding in the pumpkin puree until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pans and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 55 minutes for a large loaf or 30 minutes for mini loaves, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Once baked, cool on a wire rack before slicing.
