Description

A light and fluffy bread made with cottage cheese, perfect for low-carb diets and easily customizable with various seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Cottage Cheese, drained and blended
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Optional Seasonings: garlic powder, herbs, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Remove eggs from the refrigerator 30 minutes before starting. Drain cottage cheese for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Separate eggs, placing egg whites in a mixing bowl. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and fold in egg yolks with seasoning.
  3. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add baking powder and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold one-third of the whipped egg whites into the yolk-cottage cheese mixture, then fold in the remaining whites.
  5. Dollop spoonfuls of the batter onto prepared circles on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
