Description

A mouthwatering dish combining tender steak and creamy tortellini in a luscious sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return the tortellini and steak to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the cream sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality steak and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
