- 8 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the tortellini and steak to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the cream sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
