- 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, whipping until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and slice each triangle in half.
- Press the smaller triangles into the muffin cups.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each cup.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese filling.
- Sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For an extra flavor layer, mix in orange zest or consider adding cinnamon or nutmeg to the cream cheese. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
