- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cream together butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually blend in the flour and salt, then press dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, mix cranberries, 1 cup granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely, dust with powdered sugar, and slice into bars.
