  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, and honey. Stir until the cranberries burst and the glaze thickens.
  3. Season the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush generously with the cranberry-orange glaze.
  5. Roast for about 90 minutes, basting occasionally. Monitor the internal temperature, aiming for 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with the remaining glaze.
