- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, and honey. Stir until the cranberries burst and the glaze thickens.
- Season the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush generously with the cranberry-orange glaze.
- Roast for about 90 minutes, basting occasionally. Monitor the internal temperature, aiming for 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with the remaining glaze.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of orange zest to the glaze. Consider marinating the turkey overnight for enhanced taste.
