Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green olives with pimentos, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese, ensuring it’s at room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. Combine the chopped green and black olives, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder into the bowl.
  3. Using a spatula or mixing spoon, mix all the ingredients until smooth and well blended.
  4. Taste the mixture and season it with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
  5. If desired, stir in the chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and taste.
