A quick and indulgent pasta dish featuring creamy sauce with zesty lemon and tangy capers.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 6 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3–4 tablespoons lemon juice (approximately 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons capers (drained)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, and melted butter. Stir until the breadcrumbs absorb the butter, then set aside.
- In a large pot of salted water, bring it to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt the additional butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the lemon juice, cream, and capers to the skillet, whisking together. Let the mixture simmer over low heat until it thickens.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to combine. Serve topped with the buttery breadcrumbs.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with a light cream or coconut milk.
