  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Kernels from 1 cob of freshly cut sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the grated cheddar, Parmesan, sweet corn kernels, and chopped chives.
