Description

A delightful blend of crunchy Doritos topped with creamy chicken, rich cheese, and colorful vegetables, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onions, bell peppers, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the Doritos on the bottom.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos.
  5. Top with the remaining Doritos and the rest of the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
