Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
