Description

Deliciously crispy taquitos filled with tender shredded chicken and a creamy cheese blend, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 10 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
