- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 10 small corn or flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
