- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip the marinated chicken pieces into the batter, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the diced peppers and onion, sautéing until slightly softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar, mixing well.
- Toss the fried chicken pieces in the sauce mixture until coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a healthier alternative, use low-sugar sauces and olive oil for frying.
