- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Whisk melted butter and sugars together until fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the drained zucchini.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, folding gently.
- Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake until edges pull away from pan and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing.
