Instructions

- Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix lime zest, kosher salt, and chili powder.
- After 24 hours, drain the mangos well.
- Skewer a piece of mango, dip into the zesty mixture, and serve.
