- 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by laying them out on the countertop.
- Create the filling by mixing cream cheese, honey, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spread half of the mixture over one tortilla, then place the second tortilla on top.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
