Ingredients
Scale
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, cream cheese, oregano, thyme, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the creamy feta mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to secure the filling inside.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Roll each feta-stuffed tortilla in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
Notes
To lighten up these rolls, consider using low-fat cream cheese and whole grain tortillas. Leftover rolls can be frozen unbaked for up to two months.
