Description

Delightful Focaccia Muffins, rich with the aroma of garlic and rosemary, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Pizza Dough
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 34 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 23 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, chopped
  • Flaky Sea Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and let it breathe for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Pour approximately one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil into each cavity of a muffin tin.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
  4. Place each dough ball into the oiled muffin cup and let rest near the preheating oven for 15 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil, then add minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  6. Spoon the oil mixture over each dough ball and use fingers to create dimples in the dough.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

Watch the muffins closely to avoid over-baking. They freeze well for future enjoyment.
