Ingredients

- 1 package Pizza Dough
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3–4 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2–3 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, chopped
- Flaky Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and let it breathe for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour approximately one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil into each cavity of a muffin tin.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
- Place each dough ball into the oiled muffin cup and let rest near the preheating oven for 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil, then add minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
- Spoon the oil mixture over each dough ball and use fingers to create dimples in the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
Watch the muffins closely to avoid over-baking. They freeze well for future enjoyment.
