A hearty and comforting dish that combines crunchy Fritos, ground beef, vibrant green cabbage, and zesty ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned sweet corn, drained
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing or Southwest-style dressing
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over cooked beef and a splash of water; mix well and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Chop cabbage and dice tomatoes, then rinse and drain black beans and sweet corn.
- Layer chopped cabbage in a large serving bowl, followed by beef, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Top with Fritos and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with ranch or Southwest-style dressing and toss gently before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, use ground turkey or plant-based meat and swap ranch dressing for yogurt-based dressing.
