Description

Delightful dessert combining Fruity Pebbles cereal with a rich and creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Fruity Pebbles cereal for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Fruity Pebbles and melted butter, stirring until evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture into taco-shaped molds or muffin tins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Remove taco shells from molds and fill them with cheesecake filling, topping with additional Fruity Pebbles.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft texture, or refrigerate for an hour for a firmer bite.

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of salt to the filling or swirls of fruit puree for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
