- 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional Fruity Pebbles cereal for garnishing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Fruity Pebbles and melted butter, stirring until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into taco-shaped molds or muffin tins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Remove taco shells from molds and fill them with cheesecake filling, topping with additional Fruity Pebbles.
- Serve immediately for a soft texture, or refrigerate for an hour for a firmer bite.
Notes
