- Flaky sea salt (for finishing)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Baking Dish: Butter a 9×13 baking pan.
- Infuse the Butter: Melt butter with minced garlic over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, parsley, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the Dough: Add warmed milk, egg, and garlic butter to dry ingredients; knead for 10-12 minutes.
- Shape the Rolls: Cut dough into 12 pieces, roll into balls, and place in the pan.
- Let It Rise: Cover and let rolls rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat to 350°F (180°C).
- Prepare for Baking: Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Make the Finishing Butter: Mix remaining butter with garlic and parsley.
- Brush and Serve: Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown, then brush with garlic butter.
