Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and rinsing it under cold water. Slice it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Gently toss the cauliflower florets in the herby mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning, until golden brown.
- Garnish with shredded Parmesan before serving, if desired.
