Description

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas until chunky.
  4. Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  5. Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
