- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas until chunky.
- Mix in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
