- 2 tablespoons Gochujang Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, slicing them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Gochujang, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
Notes
Ensure each Brussels sprout has space on the baking sheet to avoid steaming. For a lighter version, substitute olive oil with avocado oil.
