- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Cold Unsalted Butter
- 1 Large Egg (beaten with 1 Tablespoon milk for egg wash)

Instructions
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Roll out one disc of chilled dough on a floured surface to create a 12-inch circle and place it into your pie dish.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir gently until mixed and let it sit to absorb flavors.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the prepared crust and dot with butter cubes.
- Create the Lattice: Roll out the second disc, cut into strips, and arrange in a lattice pattern over the filling. Seal edges tightly.
- Add the Finishing Touches: Brush lattice with egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar over the crust.
- Bake the Pie: Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, then reduce to 375°F and bake for another 40-50 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let Cool: Allow to cool for at least 4 hours before serving.
