Description

Create a creamy, rich homemade peanut butter that elevates your breakfasts and snacks with a comforting, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and equipment— a food processor or a high-powered blender, a spatula, and an airtight container for storage.
  2. Pour the dry roasted peanuts into your processor or blender.
  3. Pulse the peanuts for about 1 minute, then blend for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Add the fine salt, honey or maple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Blend for another minute until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer your peanut butter into an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to a month. Adjust sweetness and salt according to your preference.
