- 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Honey Nut Cheerios cereal, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until well-blended.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, approximately 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Place the formed balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For a healthier version, use agave syrup instead of honey or try a dairy-free nut butter.
