Description

A sweet and chewy treat that brings back childhood memories with each bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Honey Nut Cheerios cereal, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until well-blended.
  2. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, approximately 1-2 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the formed balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For a healthier version, use agave syrup instead of honey or try a dairy-free nut butter.
