- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender but still bright green, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add steamed broccoli to the skillet with chicken.
- Pour honey sriracha sauce over the mixture, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
