- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Beat until smooth.
- Add dill pickles, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko bread crumbs with olive oil, stirring until coated.
- Sprinkle panko mixture evenly over the dip.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or jalapeños. Can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving.
