- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

- Crushed peppermint candies for garnish
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
- Fold in whipped cream, hot cocoa mix, and peppermint extract until combined.
- Mix in crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop and shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each frozen bite until fully coated.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top while chocolate is warm.
- Chill until the chocolate sets, about 30 minutes, and serve.
