Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate chips for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (2-3 minutes).
  2. Fold in whipped cream, hot cocoa mix, and peppermint extract until combined.
  3. Mix in crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
  4. Scoop and shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and dip each frozen bite until fully coated.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top while chocolate is warm.
