- 1 Cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Fresh Herbs for Garnish (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey-infused mixture over them.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Marinate chicken for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavor. For a twist, substitute feta with goat cheese or add vegetables to the baking dish.
