- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pre-made pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Transfer your rolled dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet, and brush the surface with olive oil.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza to your preferred spice level.
- Optionally, top with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispy crust, consider using a pizza stone. Avoid overloading the toppings for best results.
