Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pre-made pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer your rolled dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet, and brush the surface with olive oil.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the cheese.
