- 2 cups cold milk

Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, pour the cold milk.
- Sprinkle the Jello Instant Pudding mixture into the bowl.
- Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- If desired, add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until blended.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours.
- Once frozen, gently remove pops from molds.
