  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the honey glaze in a small saucepan over low heat by combining honey, unsalted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until smooth.
